-         FISHERS OF MEN Ministries International

-         Dear Pastor Randy & Elizabeth, Once again, Fishers of Men Ministries has completed another fruitful year, touching the nation of Haiti for our Lord Jesus Christ. The year 2002 has probably been one of the most challenging years of ministry Linda and I have ever experienced. Because OJ the economic slump in the U.S., we experienced monthly support deficits, causing us to become as financially creative as possible. To put to put it bluntly, we had to suck it up and press forward believing God for each month's budget to be met. However even in the midst of great economic recession, our God has once again proven Himself faithful, touching the hearts of many of you to financially give. We thank each and every one of you who have so willingly responded to His voice and given so generously. Even in the midst of great economic pressure we still watched our Lord use this ministry to advance the Kingdom of God in this nation. Church on the Rock continues to grow with four Sunday services. Morning Prayer rocks with almost 1,000 in attendance. Our national television show aired until the summer, when we experienced some technical difficulties but we resumed the first of this year. The ministry did not miss a single annual outreach. Our last year's Mardi Gras Crusade was over the top. Hundreds of national leaders received ministry in our two annual Leadership Conferences. Over 500 women came to our annual Women's Conference where GOD just totally blessed. Our Bible schools graduated the 14th class and have begun the 15th class with over 200 in attendance. Morning Star Christian Academy finished its 8th year and opened its 9th year with over 200 students. Our library was established; compute purchased, guest bungalows finished and our single staff housing started. In the midst of all, God has been so good.

-         As most of you know slowing down is not an option for me. Already we have begun to look to what God wants us to accomplish in 2003. His word to me for this year is "Breaking Free in 2003 ". We are starting right up with teams coming down to help finish the single staff housing. We need about $1,000 per bungalow of about $10,000 total to finish this project. We are in the process of purchasing our own sound system for the large crusades. This is a $17,000 project. We desperately need a 15 passenger, van for the school and mission teams. This will be close to a $30,000 project. As the same time, WE MUST INCREASE OUR MONTHY SUPPORT!!!

-         Even though this seems like a lot, we know our God is more than able. Linda and I ask that you continue to stand with us as we endeavor to take this nation for Jesus. If God speaks to you to plant a seed toward these projects, or if you'd like to support us monthly, feel free to use the self-addressed enclosed envelope to send your gift. Lind and I, along with all the staff, want to thank you for your sacrificial support. We pray that God continues to richly bless you and your family throughout this great year.
